2001 FP question

anyone have this style of 2001fp and compared to the newer version? What are your thoughts? Vote at bottem

I have been seriously thinking about getting a 2001fp. Is there a reason not to at least consider getting the 2000fp? I mean its resolution and screen size are the same as the 2001fp. Exactly what are the differences other than the appearance?

If I could find a used 2000fp for about $250 shipped would that be a good deal? Or should I just opt for the 2001fp for around $500.
