QQ vs donkey, monotone flop

5/5 Live game. 10-handed. I have $500, villian has me covered.

Reads: Villian is a total donkey. He is drinking beers even though it's about noon and is clearly one of those degenerates that blows a big chunk of his income at the casino. I can tell he is calling preflop with something that no reasonable player would ever think about calling with.

I am in the big blind with Q [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]Q [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].

Preflop: EP raises to 25, MP1 calls, MP2 calls, CO (villian) calls, I raise to 125, only villian calls.

Flop (2 Players, $330): A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]9 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]5 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

I bet 100, villian calls.

Turn: (2 Players, $530): 7 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

I check, villian pushes, I fold.

Thoughts?

I would fold the turn too, but what's up with your flop bet? Instead of betting so small on the flop, I would rather check-call the flop and push a non-heart turn

Were you pushing a non-heart turn?

Probably. I wasn't sure what he had, but I knew his hand range included a lot of things I beat on the flop.

I felt like I had to bet something on the flop. I wasn't about to check/fold a 350 dollar pot. And remember that it's a live game against a donkey; bet size in relation to the pot isn't that important, 100 is a pretty big bet for that game.

Folding turn is pretty obvious, I don't like pushing a non heart turn though...if villain is bad and has an ace, chances are he's going to the felt with TP

Yeah, I was thinking it'd be more of a value bet. If he calls with a [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], and sometimes a 9, then it's good. It comes down to how much of a donkey he is, what do you think the chances are he will call with a 9 pokerfink?

On the turn without a heart? Probably not that great. But considering the size of the pot on the turn, getting value from a nine isn't exactly my highest priority.

On the turn with a heart? Very high.
