I already wasted 10 minutes on it earlier. I came up with the Imperial March and that British classical song I can't think of the name of offhand, but I don't think either of those are right. So I got frustrated and quit.

What is that crap at the beginning?

Those are both wrong. It's much lower-brow than that.

Those three items at the beginning are words.

The only thing you are trying to decode are the asterisk's. The ba ba ba stuff is sounds.
