Question about UltimateBet website !

I want to join UltimateBet, but there seems to be 2 websites; UltimateBet.com and UltimateBet.Net; What's the difference? If I join one, have I automatically joined both?! Do all online poker websites have a .net and .com site?!

.net is play money and allows them to advertise in the US.

.com is real money.

An account at one is the same as an account at the other except for the fact that you can't play for real money with a play money account.
