Empire Error in Your Favor

Yesterday I cashed $600 out of my Empire account to Neteller so I could hit the bonus on Stars. I stupidly did this before I got the reload bonus on Empire, so I immediately deposited $100 from igm-pay to try and get it anyway. I didn't get the bonus but I did get an email telling me I got one. I promptly forwarded the email to Empire to try and get them to update my bonus account (even though I didn't really deserve it). Within about 10 minutes they put $100 in my bonus account. Yay

I then played for 4 hours or so, cleared it, and then cashed out everthing to Neteller. They let me do this despite the $100 not clearing from checking account yet. They have never done that before. The cashout hit my Neteller account a few hours later. Then I got an email from Empire saying:
-----------------------------
Dear XXXXXXXXX,

empirepoker has just transferred $100 into your EmpirePoker.com account.

Have a good time at the tables.
----------------------------------

And now I have $100 sitting in my account and I don't know why. I already got my Royal Flush Club bonus this month so it can't be that. I already got the $100 for the reload bonus. The cashier history confirms all of this.

I emailed empire about it and all I got back was an email saying that I didn't get the reload bonus because I cashed out $600 yesterday during the bonus period.

I am tempted to just take the money now, but I really don't want to jeopordize that sweet Royal Flush Club $100 every month.

What do you think I should do?

I had a "problem" like this with Party before. They payed me twice to my Neteller, assumingly because Neteller reported a failed transfer when it actually went through.

I told Party and they just gave some typical non-target response that yes I had cashed out that day or something. I figured screw it and just took the money rather than trying to get any reasonable response/action from their support.

3 months later they start calling my house everyday and telling me I owe them money. They didn't stop calling till I deposited it.

More fun, after putting the money in my account for them to put back into their system. I sent them an e-mail saying I had made the deposit, etc etc. Again, I get some off-target response even though I provided them a thread of everything that happened. Took them more than a month to take the money out.

My friend got a double cashout from a casino bonus he did back in the day when they were all over the place. Got 2 deposits of 1600 in his neteller account. He took it out and never heard anything from them. That was over a year ago.

exact same thing happened to me last month too -- mysterious $100 in ADDITION to the Oct reload and RFC bonus.

I didn't question it. Just cashed it out.
