HOW LONG must I wait!?!?!?!?

I farted approximately 4 minutes ago and it appears to have a lingering effect.

How long should I wait before becoming concerned that this is some sort of medical condition.

If it helps, I just ate a chinesse chicken salad from ToGo's.

Please advise.
