5/10 SB question

after playing over 150k hands at 3/6, I decided I was a pussy, and moved up to 5/10. One general question for you guys:

At 3/6 I was fairly tight stealing from the SB. With the 2/5 blind structure, what is the default stealing range against a standard laggish opponent?

Re: 5/10 SB question

you mean folded to you in the SB right?

you say standard laggish opponent, but that's not how i would describe a standard opponent.

against an unknown or standard opponent (which means loose passive to me) i would raise suited 2 gaps as low as 85s, suited 1 gaps as low as 75s, 56s+, 87o+, J9o+, Q8o+, K6o+, suited kings and queens, any ace, and any pair. i obviously don't follow this range strictly but that is just to give an idea.

against a LAG opponent i'd muck the "drawing" hands with no high card strength. unless he's like a really dumb lag who will give me alot of action i'm not especially eager to raise his blind.

if your name on party is admiral fluff then you've played pretty solid from what i've seen.

Re: 5/10 SB question

checking my pt since mars i raise 46% hands in sb with a chanse to steal. i'm not sure what is optimal, i think you could be pretty tight if it's a lag, not sure what you meen with a 'standard lag' but i would often play tight 'cos i'm a bit scared to be outplayed postflop... but who knows i don't think stealing from sb is a very important consept
