leftovers

my favorite: curry (japanese curry to be specific and it gets better after each day as the sauce gets thicker over time).
2nd favorite: pizza (cold or warm i dont care. ill eat this for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner)
least favorite: ribs (i love ribs but reheating them in my own oven takes the taste out even if i smother it with extra sauce)

what about you?

Re: leftovers

My favorite is hands down spaghetti. I will even go as far as to say that I enjoy left over reheated spaghetti more than I do the first time around.

Also Lasagne

Also Meatloaf

never had meatloaf before so maybe ill have to find some, i think claim jumper has it on their menu. spaghetti is pretty damn good too. i usually just make a ton and freeze it in individual plastic entree containers, so i dont think that counts as leftovers.

I'll agree with lasagna and meatloaf, but I think that the day after, spaghetti tends to get a little too bunchy. BBQ chicken is great the day after because it's so easy to just pick a piece out of the fridge and eat out of your hand.

I'm sure that the reason you don't like reheating ribs is because you cook them at too high a temperature. Try cooking them at around 225 (you probably cook them at like 350, I'm guessing) but cook them for a much longer time. It won't dry the ribs out which I'm sure is what causes them to lose their flavor.

I hate all pork products as left overs.

Pizza is number one

Everything else is number two. Everything else is good if you're hungry and marginal if you aren't.

yeah reheated pasta rules. i don't really like freshly-cooked macaroni and cheese, for example, but i love it out of the fridge and into the microwave.
