i'd probably open push the river.....

i'd hate to lose one any bet by checking the river, some villain will step up more than likely.

if you take that line i'd like a small check-raise on the turn to drag more money into the pot for people to call a river push.
that really depends on whether your opponents are thinking players or not. are they smart enough to see a small raise as quads? if you raised more would it work better? just pick something that makes it more likely to get it all in on the river. in your position i'd raise the turn as your call closes the action and you're first to act, so you can't be sure of getting any more money into the pot. so make the turn like 800-1000 to go, then lead the river.

Seriously? He's getting 13:1 odds.

Re: Quads

Here's another thought: What about check-raising the flop? You only have trips at that point and there's a flush draw out; easy for someone to have it in a large multiway pot for a min-bet. If you raise that you can probably lead the turn-- I think a PP will come with you, because why would you bet out quads?

Re: Quads

because it's J8o and will likely get raised by the bb because of all the limpers. Easy fold PF>!

It costs him 100 chips to call into a pot thats already 1300 deep. You call for trips, quads, two pair, or straight potential. Are you being sarcastic, and who were you before you got banned?
