Opening a new party account

Anyone know all of the technical details on this? such as:
-If you already have a party account, how long after closing it do you have to wait before reopening it with rakeback?
-If you were already signed up with an affiliate is there any way to get rakeback? If you have done this are you forced to make a new account in someone elses name?

I just read this elsewhere from a link posted on the affiliate/rakeback board. I don't know anything about it. I won't post the affiliate sites name to be kosher. I think it answers your question kind of maybe. I may try it later on if I start playing party again. I'll have to check out what is going to be offered. Sounds promising though.

What exactly is a "player action bonus". If this means RB that solves the problem right there. Unless its some bs points system.

You can purchase from their online store it said. Couldn't find the store. Hoping it means purchasing party poker gift certificates.

But the point of it is it looked like Party was cool with them signing old players to new accounts.

It strongly seems to me that this is far from legit solution: different e-mail and payment method required, so they aren't insiders.
