Odds or am I a fish
 

The guy that keeps calling in this hand is a 66/0/0.35 fish that actually folds a lot.
The guy that bets is basically an unknown, but I figure he has me beat here very often. But getting the overlay from the dumb guy with 2 overs probably am I getting the right odds to call down? Btw I think Better is ahead about 70-75% of the time.

66/0/.35 is VERY passive if those stats are over a decent sample. Since you are not closing the action on the flop, the call is kind of marginal. This guy is probably not betting like 82 or something on this flop. There's a decent chance he has a pretty strong hand. The turn is definitely a fold because you are only getting 5.5:1, not closing the action and could be drawing very slim.

If it were me, I might raise the flop to get it heads up and check behind on the turn to see if I can hit my 6 outer.

Given your read, it's an easy calldown. You are getting 4-1. In general I fold the turn. This is a very good board for BB to bluff at, but the calling station could very well have a pair.
