According to the press, 9-handed $10/25 NL with A-Rod hours after the Orioles game on the 21st. Hellmuth started with $4000, A-Rod $2500, both busted out.

He is reputed to be weak at cash games. Barry Greenstein has a funny anecdote here. (Also the music is funny.)

From other sources (present that evening), I heard that Hellmuth lost a few thousand and A-Rod won a few thousand... As most NYers know, the Post is not necessarily a reliable source of information.
