I think i'd hafta 3-bet that turn... he could have an ace and think he just hit a higher pair than you, worse 2 pair, or picked up the straight draw and a pair or something... KJ or a set are the only things ahead of you now, see how he responds to a 3-bet back to him.

Easy 3-bet. Although...

It would help to know Villian's post-flop aggression tendencies. Is he firing away on bluffs? Does he only check-raise the nuts? Would he check-raise a weak Ace here?

The villain would only check-raise with two pair, a set or a made straight. He does not have any history of check-raise bluffs when I have played against him.
