56s
50NL effective stack $50
Villain is 14/5/2 over 380 hands Tight UTG calls, folded to Villain in CO who calls, I complete in SB with 5c6c, BB checks. Flop 3c4c8s I lead for $1.75, folded to Villain who calls Turn Qc I check, Villain bets $4, I raise to $16, Villain calls. River 6s Plan? |
Re: 56s
I much prefer bet/bet/bet. C/R-ing shows strength and lets villan get away from weaker hands.
As played, lead for 3/4 pot IMO. |
Re: 56s
Just push.
|
Re: 56s
You mean push on river? Higher flush here scares me for some reason, because of the villain flop call, then villain lead on the turn after the third club hits. Monsters under the bed?
EDIT: Oh, he called the turn raise. Probably not a flush. |
Re: 56s
I prefer bet, bet, bet also. Turn c/r says I have a flush, now go away. Better to lead there, IMO. I don't think I would push the river; I'd go about 1/2 pot or so, hope for a call.

Re: 56s
i think villain's got a better flush.
|
Re: 56s
what higher flush will villain have with stats like that? 14vpip doesn't play a lot of Axs AKs/AJs we could assume he'd raise no?
|
Re: 56s
limping with JTs in the cutoff wouldn't shock me.
|
Re: 56s
that is one combination versus all of the possible combinations of sets.

results
I pushed river, Villain shows 9c7c and MHING
Perhaps bet, bet, bet is the better line here because I probably won't lose all my stack (but probably still a lot). |
