Looks good but i'd double your ram if you can get a deal or just wait and order some off crucial.com for cheaper. When I was working for Dell two years ago the cdrw/dvd drives were complete utter pos's. They may have worked it out though so take that with a grain of salt.

Well on the 22nd you could get a 9100 with the 24" widescreen for right around $1,000 so if I were you I would definitely wait for a much better dealfrom dell. Check fatwallet.com's Hot Deals forum periodically throughout the day. You will definitely find a much better deal on a dell in the next few weeks.
