Does eurobet startup again after u close it??

this keeps happenening to me about every third time which is weird.

Not a big deal, but it creates problems when it constantly resizes and redisplays my internet page, and sometimes it happens just as i have started another party skin....i thought they detect when two sikmultanoeus party sites are running so i try to avoid it..
