Low Limit o/8 big blind defense multi-way pots

ok...so I'm reviewing my pokertracker stats and I think I'm being too liberal in defending my big blind. I'm wondering what hands you all play in full ring games from the big blind when it's raised preflop where 4-6 players are seeing the flop.

thanks

Fold a lot more than you think. You're usually getting "good odds", but you can't play many of these hands well in a multiway pot. Don't loosen up too much - plays some deuce-trey and suited ace hands, and be a little more liberal with some 3-card suited high hands. Pairs > 8 are good a lot. You still want to flop nut potential, so the two-way hands like KQ24r and A4JTr are less valuable.

It really ends up being a lot about how many people are coming along for the raise.

I will be more liberal with hands when it gets down to 3 people, but I know junk when I see it and if it doesn't look right...I'm not afraid to throw it away.

I really don't give much credit to my opponents at 3/6 to keep track of my folding a big blind online.

If it were a live game, I'd defend a lot more.

But the turnover at the table is big enough that only a few people are there for the entire time I am at the table, and only a few of them are watching.
