Foreign Market Exposure - What\'s the best way?
 

I'm not adverse to high risk/high reward situations, and think many of the foreign markets (China, etc.) will outperform the US Market over the next 5 years or so. What is my best investment strategy?

If that is your belief, then your strategy should be to invest in foreign securities. Take a look at the regional ETFs specifically geared toward these types of investment.
