1/2 river... how to proceed?

I know preflop is rather unorthodox, but I don't play well in big pots and deep stacks OOP with weak overpairs like JJ.

1/2 NL full ring. Effective stacks 90BB.

3 people limp, only player worth noting is button who is extremely loose preflop, button relatively calm post.

I limp J [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]J [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]in SB.
pot 10$ Flop T [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]9 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]7 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
-- I bet 8$, button calls

Turn J [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] pot 25
-- I put him on 8x, Tx, or [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]'s on the flop
-- I check, he bets 8$, I call

-- I'm now 100% sure he has 8x or [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]'s

River 9 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
-- Check raise?
-- Overbet?
-- Weak lead?

Results to follow.

raise preflop, bet flop, check turn, lead river

checking on turn seemed kinda weak. I still lead out on the turn with bet. he could have had called with the 10's. If you were gonna call turn - you might as well bet and if he comes over the top - you could have decided there if you wanted to chase or dump.

If you led on turn - you could have led out on river also.

Raise PF, bet the flop. Playing JJ for set value is OK if there is a raise ahead.

I think c/c-ing the turn is superior to betting- getting raised and being blown off your hand sucks. You also get a cheaper way to fill up on the river.

Lead the river, or if your up against a hyper aggressive player, c/r. I think I like leading better.

NH for the most part IMO.
