Paradise Down?

Seems to have been down for several hours. Anyone confirm?

Funny - never had problems before.

Oh well, I've emailed support, let's see if they live down to their reputation.

I havent been able to get to the following sites since yesterday afternoon:

Poker Stars
Party (and skins)
Paradise
UB
Noble
Full Tilt

I CAN get to:

Ladbrokes
Games Grid
Celeb Poker

Seems that ALOT of people in the UK cannot get to any of the sites either.

NFL website is also a site that no one can connect to

It appears there is a widespread problem which we just have to wait to be fixed.

This is not affecting specific ISPs. It is affecting ISPs that need to go through BT.

Not entirely sure what any of it means, all I know is we just gotta wait.

I'm a little upset as I was looking forward to seeing a few of my friends in the WCOOP tonight.

Re: Paradise Down in UK?

Thanks for that Ali. Ay least I won't waste any more time trying to "fix" it (which normally results in cocking my whole system up). Hope it's up tonight.

Paradise were obviously completely unaware of the issue. To be fair CS got back to me in 10 minutes, but with nothing helpful (update OS uninstall/reinstall client). I got the impression it was just a standard reply.

I have the same issue as Ali - same list of unavailable sites and those which I can connect to.

nfl.com fails to load aswell.

Sounds like some major DNS / Routing problems with your ISP (otherwise hundreds of ppl would be emailing us...)
