LOL! I've been struggling through regedit with no success. I finally got my mom to make the account for me.

I'm a big Beastie Boys fan so I asked her to make my screenname "ThreeMCs_1DJ" in tribute.

I finally get logged in and I see "Welcome ThreeMCs_1BJ!"

I wanted a disc jockey, not a blow job!!!!!

Anyway, I hope I can get them to change it, but I'd rather speak than e-mail.

Any phone #?

Sites without phone numbers = poop

I've heard terrible things about e-mail support, but FWIW, they did change my screenname for me within 20 minutes of an e-mail sent.

Actually every time I have an issue I just call IGM, they seem to be able to take care of any problem I have ever had.
I dont think any one realized you can call them though...
