Well, yeah. If they didn't do something like that, the (in)Justice Dept. would be salivating at the chance to try to prove their theory that online gambling is illegal in the US. In order to get away with offering online gambling in the US, I think you pretty much have to be based somewhere that the Feds can't reach you legally. They're probably afraid that allowing US online gamblers would compromise their ability to hold WPT live events here.

Its too bad they can't just say they don't allow it instead of making a false statement about its legality.
