Party skin bigger than it should be

There is like a weird,. udeless border which means I cant fit 4 tables in with no overlap using 1600*1200.

How do I cure this?

Right click on desktop----> properties----> settings tab---->click advanced----->

Change DPI setting to Normal size (96 DPI)
