Media Bias... Here we go again

If this story was about a White Republican... it would be on the cover of every single newspaper in America. Front page of the NY and LA times for at least a week. Luckily... this shady congressman has a pass since he is liberal and a minority.

Talk about a miss-appropriation of resources.

Re: Media Bias... Here we go again

I love how people in this forum will make 198 responses to some "theory" question... but no one actually wants to talk about what's really going wrong with our leaders...

Unless of course it's good-old dumb Bush.

We've all been brain-washed by the Media.

"Bias" should be required reading for all H.S. and/or college students.

I didn't respond because I don't respond to claims of media bias (why isn't anyone printing this) that then link to ABC.COM to get the story that apparently isn't being printed.

How can you even tell if bias is occuring? This would be the first major article on the story. It could be huge.

$50 says the NYT and the Washington Post bury this around page A-26

Re: Media Bias... Here we go again

Absolutely. I will bet you $50 that it is either within the first 10 pages, or on the first page of the "National" news section of the papers.

What page do you want to see it on? Is it really deserving of front-page treatment?

Point being that if this was Trent Lott it would be today's headline.

Re: Media Bias... Here we go again

Do you not think that Trent Lott is a more prominent political figure that William Jefferson --- and is, thus, more deserving of front-page treatment. Trent Lott got headlines when his home was destroyed, Willima Jefferson didn't. Must be a vast right-wing media conspiracy.
