How should I play this hand?

The game is NL600 min buy in with 10-20 blinds at the Commerce Casino. I am in the big blind with AQ offsuit and this really really tite/old guy raises it to 150 off the bat. I immediatley put him on JJ or 1010. So I have a coinflip situation. I have about 5k infront of me and he has around 2k. Is there a point for me to call his huge raise when I am almost 100% certain its a race b/c this is a guy who will not pay me off on the flop. He will not bluff or try to bluff. With this said, what do u believe I should do. Looking back at the hand, I probably should have raised him, b/c if I believe I had a 50-50, I would have had a lot of equity in him folding, which he would have done (always easier to say this after the hand is over though!). Also keep in mind that everyone folded and it was up to me in the BB and I only had 20 bucks in the pot. He also believes that I am pretty aggresive----i bluffed him out of a huge put already.

Thanks for all the help!!!!!

If you have a tell on this guy every time he has tens or jacks, theres much more money to be made on other hands. What, he doesnt cont bet if overcard to J comes on flop? Then call often with crap, and bet him out when "scare" cards come. I still call this if your 100% sure he has jacks or tens, will play any 2 with these deep stacks if you have him pigeonholed.
Edit: all this assumes he can only have TT or JJ, 100% of the time, otherwise its a clear fold.

Fold.

When really tight old guys raise big UTG, they rarely have TT-JJ. You are deluding yourself that this is generally a coin flip.

And a reraise is insane, because it will probably get him to fold the hands where you do have a coin flip and call or 3-bet with the hands that have you crushed.
