ND +7 vs Michigan (H)
Northwestern -3 (H) vs N. Illinois
Texas +0 vs Ohio St. (H)
Clemson +2 vs Maryland (H)
Iowa St +8.5 (H) vs Iowa

Watch me bring some unsophisticated analysis up in here.

ND +7: Irish might have played over their heads for Weis. Is Michigan really worse than 4 points better on a neutral field? The line seems right to me.
Northwestern -3: No clue.
Texas +0: I think the game will be really close and I don't see the value.
ClemPson +2: I like it. Maryland had a hell of a time with Navy. ClemPson is a decent team that I think will win this one.
Iowa State +8.5: I hate it. Iowa looks great; ISU looks awful. I'm curious: why do you think this is a good pick?

So in conclusion: I like one pick, I think two are -EV just because of juice, I think one is way -EV, and I abstain from one. Good luck.

I like NU in this spot quite a bit - they have a veteran QB who should have another good game - he would have thrown for over 400 yards last week if they didn't take him out.

NU needs this game BADLY for their bowl hopes, as they go to ASU next week, and the Big Ten schedule is tougher than usual.

Just my thoughts....I had them big against Ohio, and will bet them big against Northern.

if taking ND, i'd recommend buying the 1/2 point....I am going nowhere near this game because I strongly believe they'll be beaten by michigan (although it could be by less than 7) so I think I will lay off this game altogether but if I bet it, it will be on UM

ND vs Michigan....the dog always seems to do well. 8-1 for the dog ATS since 1992.

Iowa vs Iowa St. ... Iowa St. is 6-1 ATS since 1998 in this series. Maybe this year is different.

I don't bet football, but if I did...

Michigan is likely to disappoint and choke against Notre Dame. I am a UM alumnus and I thought this game would be a pick'em. I am shocked that Michigan is favored by this much. ???

i wasnt expecting a pick line but was thinking michigan at about -4, not -7 so im laying off this one completely
