I made a transfer from my poker account to my sports account and got an error message. The real problem was that the money disappeared from my pokeraccount yet was not credited to my sports account. Its like the moiney just disappeared in their system after the failed transfer.

Anyone else had this happen to them? If so,was it easy to clear this mess?

I wrote an e-mail to evening-customerservices@eurobet.com and the recipient address was rejected..

How do I contact them?

Try using their emessaging system. Eurosuck is quickly approaching intertops in uselessness.

After 3 attempts I reached them by phone. I was told that they are having problems with their cashier and couldn't tell me when my account balance would be correct again...

My account balance is still mysteriously gone. This is f.ucking ridiculous.

One more checking in, I just transferred 100 dollars from poker to sports and received the message "Your cashier has been locked. Please contact Customer Services to unlock it."
But the money left my poker account and did not appear in sports.

I have had troubles the last two times I have tried to cashout from Eurobet. If it wasnt for rakeback I would never play there again.

that doesn't make sense, there are tons of other sites that offer rakeback.
