mmm, no. It's after the quad rugby team goes to the paralympics. The father is consoling his son (who was on the team). And it's the saddest/most touching damn thing ever.

Awesome movie by the way.

Maybe it choked me up because I've worked with special needs kids and stuff like that... well chokes me up.
