Cheap dinners that actually pwn

Every time someone does one of these threads they always metamorph in thread about dinners that really aren't that cheap nor that easy, so lets try and have one with things that are really cheap, are easy, and pwn. Stuff like Ramen w/.... thats what I am thinking.

My submission.

Zatarans Black Beans and Rice on hamburger buns w/ chipolte Tobasco sauce. Think of it as a less sloppy joe.

It is easy as hell to cook the rice. Toss it in a pan with about 3 cups of water, and 2 tablespoons of butter or veggy oil. Bring to boil, then simmer with a lid on for 25 minutes. Then serve, hella easy and tasty. My Full TSC rating.

Grilled chicken with lemon. Dirt cheap. Throw some corn on too. If you like, add some spuds. Incredibly cheaply even if you eat a ton and go back for seconds. Incredibly good, unless you're so dumb you can't even grill chicken.

ok that sounds good, is the BBQ involved, because that isn't neccesarily that simple to cook. (note: I can cook that with ease, but that isn't my point).

You can use an indoor grill I guess, but a BBQ is the best. Just stick a fork in the thickest parts of the chicken and when you don't see any pink and the juices run clear, you're done. A BBQ isn't really hard to cook on, especially not for all the taste you get out of it.

You could also just bake the chicken. Chicken isn't too hard to cook well, is dirt cheap, and beats the heck out of something like a burger, to me, any day.

I've also got one of those rotisseries -- throw the parts in a basket that goes on the rotisserie, come back in half an hour, and it's incredible because it's been constantly basting in its own juices as it turns, and everything is cooked evenly. All the fat is gone from under the skin and it's just this super tangy, thin, crispy tender thing, almost transulcent like rice paper. Outrageously fine, and no real work to speak of.

You throw the chicken in, and take it out, and that's that.
