Problems with piece of crap Eurobet
 

Anyone else have the same problems?

I just tried to cash out to neteller, and the status of the transaction says declined. I have no way of finding out WHY the transaction was declined, as it seems neteller does not have any o ption for me to do so.

So I log on to Eurobet, and click cashier. The Mother Fing site won't load. The interface blows; it's nothing like party or empire.

Anyone else have a similar problem?

I agree their interface blows. It doesn't have a search button so that people don't have to keep asking and saying the same thing over and over again.

I had the exact same problem, cashed out 1k sunday night showed up today on neteller as declined. The Eurobet cashier still shows it as requesting... I just emailed neteller about it.

When you click the cashier button on Euro, does the web page load?

Yeah, their cashier hasn't been working for me either.

i emailed them about this yesterday after having the same problem. Today the money is in my neteller account. Took an extra 2 days i think.

Neteller support said that it the merchant (euro) pulled the transaction back. This is bullcrap.

Has anyone tried to contact euro?

yes. i had exactly the same problem as you. Today the money appeared in my neteller account. So they must have fixed the problem.

when I click on the cashier the little pop up comes up and it says session has expired or something but I click on the withdrawal tab and then check status of transactions or whatever and it works. I noticed I had a transaction earlier this summer on neteller that says declined then a day later it shows it going through so I guess this will be the same type of deal.
