I just got linked to this through boingboing and thought it was worthy of a post here. Yahoo is offering all sorts of kids cartoons from your childhood (assuming you're roughly college aged) to stream. These are full episodes and should bring you back.

Series such as Inspector Gadget, Legend of Zelda, Where on Earth is Carmen San Diego and a bunch of others I didn't recognize are on there.
