Trackball mouse recommendations?

I'm thinking about getting a trackball to mouse with. Anyone have any recommendations? This looks like the most comfortable model to me, but hell I don't know. That's why I'm asking:

Here's another, doesn't look as comfy:

If that top one is the microsoft trackball (don't remember the model exactly) I have one and it blows badly compared to the cheap logitech trackball. The ball on the microsoft version (at least mine) doesn't spin very well.

I use a trackball to save my wrist for future use (i.e., avoid RSI). I use the logitech model (Trackman wheel) that looks similar to the top picture in your post. I'm very happy with that trackball. I have used the one in the lower picture and I think it is worse for RSI than a regular mouse.

I have just ordered the Trust Wireless Hand Track Laser. It's wireless so no need to have your hands on your desk anymore.

Yep, just made a similar post in another thread. You really can't go wrong with the trackman, and it's inexpensive.
