76s on the button

Early in the session, no steady reads. Open-limper seems to be the loosest/worst player at the table.

Standard? Terrible? Meh?

is this standard...specifically the turn???
once the three bet hits, you have to think that he thinks that you have a king, and therefore he has trip kings beat. so, a flush or boat. since you have a low flush, i would just call down after the threebet.
correct me if i'm wrong.

cheers.

Morons on party 3bet a ton of kings there, so I cap a ton of flushes there.

When he leads the river it's a crying call.

I fold this preflop even on the button. Is this wrong?

Re: 76s on the button

i'm limping this behind the "worst/loosest player on the table" unless the blinds are v. aggro.

If you had a read, would you lay this down on the river?

Re: 76s on the button

I would raise preflop and probably not cap the turn unless he's really overaggro or if you know he wouldn't play diamonds like that on the flop

his equity is still not very good on the turn. if he's ahead he's easily beaten (K has 10 outs and if he has a diamond that's another 7) and if he's behind he's drawing dead. if it was the river I'd be more apt to cap it but when there are more cards to come it has to be considered unless your hand if unbeatable is ahead and drawing dead if behind

at least you can't get 5bet on the turn

i think 5 bets on the turn/river is decent
