Lots of action for my big draw

Party $400

No one has done anything to warrant a note, good or bad.

I have ~$550, Button has me covered

Party Poker (10 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is MP3 with 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
5 folds, BB checks.

Flop: J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (5 players)

Converter is kinda wacky.

Pot is $19 on flop

BB leads for 19, EP calls, I raise to $75

Button raises to $200.

I'm pretty sure I'm drawing to 2 outs.

I'm also pretty sure (80%), that he doesn't have the nut.

I push.

Standard?

Regards,
Woodguy

Then why push? Nobody folds a flush here. This whole post makes no sense.

If you think your hand is good (which is very possible), pushing here is obviously the best play. No reason villain can't have J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] or 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].

I guess that was my real question; does anybody fold a weak (obviously not as weak as mine) flush?

Put yourself in button's shoes, let's say you have 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] on button, you'd probably make around same raise button made, now if guy that made it 75 pushes, would you fold? I'd beat him into the pot.

Thanks, just checking.

I was shown 9 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]6 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], the turn and river blanked.

I'm not folding it if I were him, and I guess I'm not folding my hand to his raise too.

Thanks,
Woodguy

Re: Lots of action for my big draw

very, very few nl400 players 3-bet the flop with a set, you're going to be shown a non-nut flush virtually every time and no one is folding to your push. also, with that much money in the pot, if villain has a set, he is priced in with 2 cards to come. if you're going to play it and have over 200 left behind, i say it's better to call and push a non-paired turn.
at a full table, a fold is not unreasonable.

Have not read responses.

Comments:

1. If you put him on a higher flush, without a read, he is calling. Fold the flop.

2. That being said, I see a set, 2 pair, or TPTK w. A [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] far to often to muck this flop. I think you must push.

This is just wrong IMO at this level. Kind of like set over set. Without uberread get your $ in there. Occasionaly you lose but, you'll be surprised how many dominated hands will call this flop.
