call, no need to raise to isolate as your BB.
Looks like villian raises pretty light and continues to bet. I would check / call down, unless of course I hit, then pop the turn.

What are you thinking about when you decide to reraise? How do you play different types of flops? What if he caps it?

Sometimes I call and checkraise the flop. Other times I reraise and bet the flop. It's all kind of fuzzy though; I'm not sure exactly what sort of factors I need to be considering.

I would prefer 3betting/bet if we were in the SB vs. a button/CO raise.

Against a UTG raise, I think we have to give more credit. While our hand is strong enough to defend, I think we need to reevaluate on the flop.

call the pf raise, plan to checkraise any board that doesn't contain a K, Q, or J.

KQJr is a board that is I won't check raise since we haven't hit anything (our gutshot is worth a small mention here) and it's fairly unlikely it missed the PFR unless he raised with 77/88/99.

I also might not raise a JTx board.
