Reraising in the blinds

I think I am missing a lot of reraises from the blinds against steal situations.

My PFRs are

SB- 10.89
BB- 6.53
(Filtered for hands with 5 or 6 players)

Party Poker 3/6 (6 max, 6 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is BB with A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
3 folds, Button Raises, SB Folds, Hero 3-bets.

Button in this specific hands is a regular but in the ~2k hands I have on him he is breaking about even. He is 33/20 and IMO gets way too aggro preflop with the wrong hands. (Open-raising 22 from the CO 6 handed in loose games) Plays pretty good postflop. I plan on betting any flop.

Is this a good line? Bad line? Something worth doing every now and then to mix it up and keep aggressive players from constantly raising me?

What are your PFRs from the blinds?
Show me some hand examples of 3 betting from the blinds.
