Standard KK line?

.25/.50 NL on Pacific, just sat down on the previous hand.

After MP raises to $2 and button calls, Hero raises to $8 in SB. MP folds, button calls and has $27 left.

Flop ($18): 9 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 9 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

Hero bets $10 and folds to button All-In.

Edit: If this situation has been discussed ad nauseum and you want to tell me "f-off, go look in the archives", I'm fine with that. Just let me know.

You're better off check/calling the flop. If he's behind he's drawing almost dead or to two outs. If he's ahead you have to pay him off since he doesnt have enough behind to fold.

I was thinking that he would be unlikely to go AI with a worse hand after I bet out, so I could safely fold if he did so. But I guess the point is that I should be getting my chips in against the largest hand range possible given his short stack?
