1000 $55 SNG Quest in August

I am relatively new to this forum but I have seen others post such as zeejustin about his 1000 $215 SNG quest.

I have spent the majority of my poker career 12 tabling NL 200 and NL 400 cash games on Party Skins. Overall I am a very successfull player and I wanted a change of pace from the NL cash games.

I decided I wanted to play 1000 $55 SNGs this month to change my daily routine and to get some practice playing short handed.

I am not sure if anyone cares but I will keep the forum updated on my progress. I play about 40 SNGs a day as I do have a full time job as a mechanical engineer.

This should be an interesting experience and I will post results as well as some insights into how a successsfull cash game player transitions into the world of SNGs.

Is anyone interested in me posting my progress and insights during this quest?

Personally, I enjoy these types of posts. Its nice to have an idea as to what other people are up too and capable of. Also, if it serves as a motivator for you, then great.

The content usually isn't much, but they do make for a great read. Knowing what/how others are doing is also good for one's well-being (unless of coures you run at -10% or something like that).

I agree! I love reading posts like that. I remember the first such challenge I read was from a guy in the Texas Holdem forum doing 60K in 60 days. Awesome read and I just love to hear how others are doing! So, keep us updated!
