Poker Stars CS rules!
 

I've been playing a lot of sng's at Stars lately and tonight ran into one of those jerks who just ripped into folks, and for no apparent reason.

I normally ignore a lot of this stuff, but this guy was so persistant and vulgar that I felt compelled to send an email to support.

Within a half hour, I had a reply, written in actual readable and understandable english that they agreed his chat was inappropriate and what actions they were taking.

The times I've had contact with their support staff, it's been the same; they reply in a timely manner in comprehensible language that actually relates to the email that I sent them.

I'm really glad to see that they are starting to make progress on getting bigger. They deserve to be #1

Good god pokerstars- offer rakeback already. I'll get all of my friends to sign up at your site (without rakeback) if only you did.

This is very much the main reason why there arent more playing there.

Either they should lower rake across the board or give a rakeback program (that is backdatable, otherwise most of us are screwed cos we have accounts there anyway).
