HELP!!! 2001FP 20.1 vs. 2005FPW 20.1Wide
 

Hey guys,

As a continuation from my other post about CRTs -v- LCDs, I think i've decided on the LCDs.

Currently I have 2 choices->

2005FPW (1650x1050) for 599 CDN
-600 bucks!
-better contrast ratio and response time

-smaller vertical resolution wich cuts off a bit of the table

or

2001FP (1600x1200) for 699 CDN.
-you guys know this one well :P

How large are the party poker screens (pixels x pixels)?

Considering multi tables and games/DVDs , which monitor would you chose?

I have 2 2005FPWs, this is the correct answer. The overlap is minimal and they look cooler.

Guessing you are looking at the recent Dell daily sale.

A post on anothe rforum www.redflagdeals.ca someone posted that they got one person to give them the 2001FP for the same price (599). I'm not sure how reliable this person is but he mentioned to PM him to get the same price. Its worth a shot, or you could call a few dell reps and try to get that price yourself.

I have a 2005 wFP. Its nice. Paid $650 Cdn to get it to my door (thanks to a tip on a one day sale here several months ago).
