What is pattern mapping?
 
I read it mentioned sometimes but I don't know what it means and I feel left otu [img]/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img]

Pattern map is in depth analysis of card patterns at the online card rooms. Most Random Number Generators ("RNG") are not random enough and patterns emerges. Thus a good pattern mapper can predict what cards will come (mainly on the turn and river since the flop information is required).

Many 2+2ers have lost fortunes using out of date pattern mappers.

You worded your response kind of in a way that might scare off new players to online poker.

Usually the problem space is way too large to make legitimate deductions off of what random number is being used in a specific hand. Unless the system in place by the site is faulty, this isn't an issue.

That was the first thread I read when I first came to 2+2. I remember thinking WTF is this!?! It took me awhile to realize it was all BS. El Diablo was fkin hilarious with all that essay stuff.. classic sh!t
