Win Rates for Nl Hold\'em?

Hi,

I currently play at the 0.10/0.25 NL tables and have been tracking my stats for a while now. Can anyone help with pointing me in the right direction of a thread, or maybe putting your knowledge into this thread, on the following...

I want to know what win rates are considered average, good, excellent etc at various levels in the micro limits, from my current limits upwards. I'm talking in terms of bb/100 or bb/hr something like that.

I have had a good search and can only seem to find discussions on limit holdem win rates and pokertracker stats...any regulars know any?

Also does anyone have any good links to blogs or discussions of players who play for a living NL online? I'm just interested to read what its like.

Thanks

On the left bar of your screen is a link to the "Small Stakes" no Limit Hold'em forum...you might get better responses if you try posting there. This particular forum is devoted to limit poker and you might not get all the answers you're looking for.

You may have to be careful, though.
The experience I have made with the No-Limit-Small-Stakes-Forum is that they are a bit unfriendly if you ask questions that have been asked before (especially don't ask about starting hands charts, that'll drive them nuts!)
But unfortunatly they don't have a faq, so be polite and apologize in a advance and you might get an answer ;-)

on secon thought, better don't ask at all, cause this is what you're going to get.
better wait for one of the Microlimit-posters who also plays NL to answer.

Re: Win Rates for Nl Hold\'em?

on the third thought I searched a bit and found this thread

so it seems that 3-5PTBB/100 seems to be a normal result.

PTBB means Pokertracker Big Bets and is 2x the big blind.

So if you play the 10c/25c-tables 1.5-2.5 $/100 hands should be a ok result by that measures.

Thanks your a legend.

I've tried searching but there is a lot of info on this site and sometimes its easier just to ask! At the end of the day usually 1 decent person will respond!

It's just nice to see some reference as I have only really ever played NL - but I didnt realise this was a limit forum.

Thanks Again.
