sb hand

10 handed B&M game.

Villain open raises in early position. V fits a common profile: moderately loose and aggressive pre-flop, turns in to a pussy cat after the flop.

All fold to me in the sb and I have QJ sooted. BB is very passive and bluffable.

What's my play?

Anyways, I 3 bet. BB folds and the villian 4 bets. Flop is rags with two hearts.

check call.

Turn is a 6, which pairs the board.

check call.

river is the king of hearts. Bet or checkraise?

Well, if your profile is correct he's the kind of guy to check behind with JJ or QQ so bet I guess. I assume your QJ is hearts.

5 bet preflop and bet the river.

Re: sb hand

Moderately loose isnt enough for me to three bet this hand here. I think the river is a clear bet. That card is cause him to shut down with a ton of hands, especially if he is passive postflop. If the BB plays poorly postflop, why not let him come along? I also dont see anything wrong with just folding preflop, but I really have know idea how many hands villian would open with UTG.
