This is the list we have so far. If you are on the list incorrectly, please post a reply so we can adjust. If you are not on the list and you will be attending, please let us know. Its CRITICAL that we know who is attending in advance, I need to make sure we have enough tables & dealers.

When you arrive at the Shake Shake, just look for the nits attending a huge sausage fest - thats us.

Here is a repost of Bunky's announcement in case any of you missed it:

Okay gang its almost that time, make your plans and get ready for a realy great time.

The Date: Sat. July 30th
The Place: New York City (didn't you read the title?)
The Time: 6:30 PM

Meeting Place will be "The Shake Shack" in Madison Square Park, in the Union Square Section of town. Great wide open place to meet, grab some food, shoot the breeze etc. I will however be arriving a bit later on.

There will be a tournament being held that night and it will be a first of its kind event.

The details: $50.00 + $5.00 vig + $2.50 dealer per person
Names of players will be put into a hat and whos ever name is drawn first will have their choice of partners. And so on until everyone is picked. The only exception will be I will be partnered with Bunkette. Being Bunky does have its privledges.

The format: 2 man tag team tournament play. 4 rotations. Hold'em, Stud Triple draw deuce, and Omaha 8. The team captain will sit for the first rotation of 30 minutes, then with the blinds and game change, his partner will sit in on the same stack and play next rotaion and so on. Winners in addition to winning the money (we'll see what the payout structure will be) Both winners get official "PWNTOWN CITY COUNCIL" shirts, and some form of award for their mantle. Compliments of Bunky. Ring games will obviously be running before and after this event, but the bragging rights alone in this event will be huge. Should be a great event.

Sign ups for the club which shall not be named will be done at the "Shake Shack" for everyone's security and the clubs. Please bring your ID, you will need it to sign up and get in. I look forward to seeing everyone, and this will be a great time to see old friends and meet new ones.

Come one , come all, and yes, newbies are most certainly welcome, and encouraged to come.

I cannot make it bro. I wish I could. As of my fault only I didn't know until last week that is was moved to this weekend as I was somewhat ready for last Saturday.

Now, I have a date with a new girlfriend that is mentioned in this thread: Sublime is moving thread.

What can I do?

That is one hell of a lineup. Its like 47 with ari (AZK19) confirming cause there are a couple duplicates.

Couple things:
1. If you are anywhere near the area, you need to come. There are some very very good 2p2 players attending and all I have met so far are nothing but great people as well. I look forward to meeting the rest. If you can make it, it will be worth your while. I guarantee it.

2. I need to give a shout out to Luv2DriveTT for doing all the footwork on the NYC side of things here. Bunkfest would not go off w/o his commitment and help. I am eternally greatful. Thanks for twisting my arm to make me commit to a night.

3. I can't pick on Josh anymore for ducking me. But will be really good to catch up with him.

4. sfer has a plus 1. Bunky is impressed. You'll actually get farther in the relationship when you stop refering to said SO as plus 1 though. [img]/images/graemlins/smirk.gif[/img]

5. there are a lot of old friends I can't wait to see again, and a lot of people I chat with semi regularly that I cannot wait to meet. I'm excited. Im trying to burn off work early so I can actually get there close to on time. If Im a bit late no worries. Theres like 15 people on that list with my cell number. We'll give you updates on arrival.

After three drop outs this morning and one removed duplication, we are at 46 attendees. Personally I'm going to miss Joe Tall now that he can't come, I wanted to give him double or nothing for my current title of "most likely to date a super model" which I earned at our last meet up in Vegas.

It's bothering me to see the loc. as "Madison Square Park" in the "Union Square section of town." These are two separate squares, why are we referencing one by the other?
