Does it now cost to go from checking to Neteller?

I've cashed out plenty of times from Poker site > Neteller > Bank account, but I've only gone from Bank account > Neteller once, and long ago.

Now I'm thinking about cashing out a certain amount that I might later decide to re-deposit.

I had recently heard that I would get charged a small % even for a standard EFT back into Neteller, but I couldn't find any confirmation on the site. Anyone know?

There is only a charge if you want it instantly. If you wait for the EFT to clear, it's free. Otherwise it's something like 8.9% for insta-cash.

Well according to the FAQ on their site there is still no charge for a regular EFT.

Just don't use Instacash, that has an 8.9% fee.

If there's any kind of currency conversion, they will hit you with 1.9% fees. Both ways.

Quite a few of the poker sites will pick up the InstaCash fee if you transfer directly to the site. I funded my initial buy-in that way and did another small one to Pacific just to link my account to NETeller. Pacific gave me the InstaCash fee as a bonus.
