pokeroom vs party 2/4 limit holdem

I've been playing at Pokerroom 2/4 limit tables the past week. The tables seem sorta passive. I've never played 2/4 before but, I assumed the game would be very aggressive. Is Party 2/4 passive or aggressive, compared to 1/2 or 3/6?

I find them pretty much the same, maybe slightly more aggresive on average on party.
