WCOOP qualifier Jd9d draw against short stack

Middle stages on a WCOOP qualifier, still long way to get a seat. I have something like T16K blinds are about 100/200 I'm EMP with Jd9d and raise T600 trying to steal the blinds, guy immediatly to my left calls he has a 3.0K stack, pot is 1500. Flop is QcTh3h, I think what I need to do and then I make what I think was the worse decision I bet T1300 trying to make him fold a pair that is not a Q, he goes all-in, I call. Is this a check/fold, push, check-call?Thoughts?

I dislike the preflop raise due to the likely loose-passive table taxture. These kind of loose raises only work well (for me anyways) when on a tighter table where you can play more aggro and picks pots up postflop with little resistance.

But, since you raised anyways, I would check and try to keep the pot as small as possible, getting away from getting pot-stuck to the villain as you unfortunately did.
