If you look closely at the screen when you have a Party Poker table open and it is your turn to act, there will be a large button that says "Fold". It's kinda hard to see hidden away there, but when you find it pressing it woll be ok and it should not make your computer explode.

Put a big sign on your computer that says:

"Early, with no pair no draw and no read, fold!"
