Dustin Hoffman's hook pales in comparison to Japanese-speaking CG Hook, the second one is disqualified for being plain silly, Jack Sparrow is too new to be all that sinister, and putting Dread Pirate Roberts in the poll would be akin to saying "Who's the best golfer? Neverwin, Phil Ivey, Yao Ming, or Tiger Woods." It's just not fair.
