Help -- I\'m addicted to checkraising the flop!!

So, like several things I've seen discussed in the MTT forum over the last year, I've added the flop check-raise with overcards or a strong draw to my repetoire.

However, I don't think I've become very good in recognizing the time or place for it.

Example:

Online MTT. We are nowhere close to the money, and blinds are still 5/10.

I have AQs in the Cutoff. I raise a MP Limper to 45. Button calls. Pot is 150. I have 1160 in chips, other two players have 1010 and 990.

Flop is Jack 10 5, two spades (not my suit). MP checks, I think it over and decide that I'll probably have to check-fold here (too weak-tight?) Button bets the pot of 150, and MP calls! Pot is 450 now, and I instead decided to Tarzan this pot. I'll post the results in a bit, but does anyone like this move, or I have gotten way too reckless?
